1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• The full balance must be paid before the start of the tour.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Cancellation charges:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 20% of total cost

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total cost

  • Less than 15 days: No refund

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Changes to Bookings

• Any changes to the itinerary after confirmation may incur additional charges.Sarfarosh Tour & Travels reserves the right to make changes to tour arrangements in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, political unrest).

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification and documents.

• For certain destinations, a government-issued permit or ID may be required.

5. Responsibility and Liability

• SarfaroshTour & Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, or delay due to natural disasters, weather conditions, or acts beyond our control.

• We act as an agent for hotels, transport, and other service providers and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

6. Health and Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.

• Please inform us of any health conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

7. Code of Conduct

• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, fellow travelers, and local communities.

• Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the tour at your own expense.

8. Use of Images

• We may use group or travel photos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please inform us in advance.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
